Health Benefits Trust of Alberta (HBTA)!
As a member of the Health Benefit Trust of Alberta, you are eligible to join ARTA and apply for one of ten Benefit Plans available. ARTA offers a variety coverage for extended health care, emergency travel coverage and dental care. With an ARTA membership, members of the Health Benefit Trust of Alberta, will also be eligible for discount programs, the ARTA scholarship program, various wellness initiatives and much more.

Eligibility
- Health care coverage, or eligibility for health care coverage, under HBTA for at least two years immediately prior to retirement;
- Become an affiliate ARTA member
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply Online
